We are growing! Neighborhood Roots is hiring a Marketing and Operations Coordinator to support the successful operation and promotion of our farmers markets. Working in close collaboration with the Market Manager, Development Manager, and market day staff, this role plays a key part in ensuring markets run smoothly, feel welcoming, and are well-promoted throughout the season. This hybrid role blends on-site market leadership with behind the scenes marketing and communications work. There is potential for this opportunity to grow with the organization and take on more responsibilities over time.

Position Type: Part-time, hours vary seasonally

10 - 25 hours per week May through October

 2 - 10 hours per week November through April

Compensation: $21.00 - $23.00/hour  

Reports to: Market Manager

Location: Hybrid (on-site during market days; remote for administrative work)
