Become a Vendor

Our Annual Application Period closed on February 8, 2026.

Outside of the application period, prospective vendors can fill out our Vendor Interest Form. This form is NOT an application to vend at the market. We may invite applications from respondents outside the application period, depending on need and space available.

Due to high demand and limited space, our main season vendors take priority at the Winter Markets. We are currently at capacity and not accepting additional applications.

BIPOC Vendor Microgrants

Neighborhood Roots wants ALL community members to feel the market is their space. The BIPOC Vendor Microgrants aim to address some of the barriers that impact the inclusion of BIPOC vendors (Black, Indigenous, and People of Color) in markets.

In 2026, we awarded 3 $300 awards that recipients can spend on market-related expenses. The grant application window is the same as the market vendor application window.
