Tahini Herb dressing

Ingredients:

1/2 cup garlic scapes, chopped

1/2 cup parsley

1/2 cup cilantro, basil or other herbs

1/3 cup olive oil

1/3 cup tahini

1/4 cup lemon juice

1/4 cup apple cider vinegar or rice vinegar

2 T honey or maple syrup

salt and pepper

Blend garlic scapes, herbs and oil until pureed. Combine with tahini, lemon, ACV or rice vinegar, honey or maple, salt and pepper to taste.

Swap in different herbs, vinegars, and sweeteners for an endless variety of delicious dressings!
