Big flavor, small footprint—that’s the magic behind 38th Street Microgreens. Grown by Erin in her converted home office, this urban micro-farm proves that you don’t need acres to grow something amazing. What began as a simple sprouting experiment has grown into a vibrant operation producing up to 80 trays of sprouts at a time. From classic favorites like broccoli, sunflower, and spicy salad mix to bold varieties like purple kohlrabi and mustard, Erin’s greens are as creative as they are nourishing.

Nestled in Frederic, WI, Burning River Farm is redefining what it means to grow food with integrity. Owned by Mike Noreen, this Certified Naturally Grown farm produces fresh vegetables, with a special focus on salad greens like baby kale, arugula, and spinach. Mike and his crew believe that healthy soil grows healthy food, so they prioritize soil health, utilizing cover crops and zero chemicals. The result? Produce that’s not just farm-fresh—it’s soul-fresh.

If you’re after the perfect bouquet or pint of berries, Healing Garden has you covered. Grown at Big River Farms, Manela Lee and her family bring Certified Organic local veggies and berries, homemade kimchi, and beautiful floral arrangements to market. Whether you’re stocking your kitchen or brightening your table, Healing Garden’s offerings are a feast for the senses.

Ferris Family Farm raises meat the way it should be —outdoors, under the sun, with no GMOs or soy in sight. This multi-generational family farm was born from a desire to do things differently, with animal welfare, nutrient density, and clean eating as top priorities. They raise beef, chicken, pork, and eggs with care on thoughtfully managed pasture. If you’re looking for a source of wholesome, responsibly produced protein, be sure to check out Ferris Family Farm.
