Farm-to-Table Dinner

A farm-to-table dinner and fundraiser in support of Neighborhood Roots and our farmers markets.

Sunday, October 11

4:30–7:00 PM

Dodge Nature Center, 1701 Charlton St, West St Paul (about 20 minutes from Southwest Farmers Market)

Gather at the beautiful scenic working farm at Dodge Nature Center for an evening celebrating community and local flavor. Together, we’ll celebrate the fall harvest and the farmers, families, and programs that make our markets thrive.

Your evening includes:

  • Social hour with drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and live music

  • Silent auction and wine pull featuring local goods, experiences, and surprise bottles of wine

  • Farm-to-table dinner with a short program celebrating our farmers, markets, and community

  • Dessert

  • Time to gather, connect, and celebrate the people who make our markets thrive

Proceeds directly support the Southwest, Kingfield, and Nokomis Farmers Markets.

Can’t make it but still want to support? Consider making a donation or purchasing a ticket for a farmer or vendor to attend!

Take a look back at last year's Farm-to-Table Dinner held at Bachman's.

LOOK WHAT WE ACCOMPLISHED TOGETHER

Last year, our Farm-to-Table Dinner raised $16,100 to support Neighborhood Roots and our farmers markets. And thanks to one incredibly generous guest, we received an additional $20,000 gift to help sustain our Nourishing Neighbors program.

What does my donation fund?

  • Supports 120+ local farmers and vendors — keeping vendor fees low to help incubate small businesses.

  • Keeps our markets vibrant — lively community spaces with fresh food, live music, and opportunities to connect and learn.

  • Expands food access — through the Market Bucks program, customers can triple their SNAP EBT dollars

  • Feeds our community — our Nourishing Neighbors program purchases and redistributes over 19,000 lbs of produce from vendors to local food shelves.

  • Educates youth — the Power of Produce program engages kids with fun, hands-on activities that teach healthy eating and spark curiosity about where food comes from.

  • Builds long-term sustainability — ensuring our farmers markets continue to grow and strengthen our community for years to come.
