Picking a favorite market would be like picking a favorite child. Each of our markets has its own personality, shaped by the people who gather there every week. We're celebrating what makes each market special by introducing the newest vendors joining us this season.
From distinctive growing practices to creative flavors, these farmers, food makers, and artisans add something new to the character of their respective markets. Read on to meet the newest members of our market community.
New Vendors @ Southwest
As our youngest market, Southwest is all about discovery. Boasting fifteen (!!) new vendors, you’ll find endless enjoyment - and surprises - perusing the booths each Saturday. Here are the names to look out for, broken down by category.
FARMERS
ImmuniGreens is an organic microgreens farm founded by two immunologists. Dr. Sujata and Dr. Amar are driven by their passion to share the mighty nutritional power of these superfoods with their community. They cultivate high-quality microgreens through scientific precision and genuine care - delivering a small-but-mighty burst of color, flavor, and nutrition to your plate. Next market date: June 13
Mean Acres is a small family farm bringing organic proteins to your table. Their beef is pasture-raised and their eggs are hand-gathered on their Spring Valley Farm. They practice ethical and restorative agriculture, because, as they simply put it - it matters. And contrary to the name, they’re very nice! First market date: June 27
Shepherd’s Way is your source for all things sheep - and some eggs and pork, too! Located an hour south of Minneapolis, they farm with the rhythms and the seasons of their sheep. Agroforestry and native plantings fortify their soil, resulting in high-quality lamb, cheese, sheep's milk and skyr and wool products. Sons of the farm, Aidan and Elia, are the minds and hands behind Shepherd’s Table - and you can find their coveted sandwiches at the market too! Next market date: June 6
Bakery and Pantry
Blissful Cakery crafts french macarons, cookies, cake pops, brownies and other baked goods, all rooted in love. Head baker Joy has been featured by media giants like The New York Times, yet her focus remains on the people she bakes for right here in Minneapolis. And from giant vegan ginger cookies to cookie monster macarons, she’s got something for everyone. Next market date: June 6
Purple Scarf Bakery makes decadent cinnamon rolls in a variety of creative flavors. Selling out at their first market with us in under an hour, Fatma’s sugar-and-spice creations are a must-have for anybody who likes the sweeter things in life. Next market date: August 29
A familiar face over at the Kingfield market, Pity Party Sauce Co. is now bringing the heat here at Southwest! Their focus is on complex flavors highlighted by small-batch cooking and local sourcing. Come for one of their flagship sauces and stay for the limited-edition speciality flavors. First market date: June 6
Tiny Spoon Provisions is the vendor to visit when you’re feeling a little… salty. They have a salt for everything, from heirloom scallion and tomato salts, to floral and lemon sel gris. Their bloody mary salt is a must-try, and don’t miss out on their seasonal batches, including nasturtium salt and lavender sugar. First market date: June 20
Ready to Eat
Borealis Bowls blends up plant-based, 100% fruit smoothie bowls inspired by the colors of Minnesota, from Lake Superior to the Aurora Borealis. Their mission is to provide healthy meals to everyone that fuel both the mind and the body. If you’re looking for a refreshing refuel, this is the food truck to frequent! Next market date: June 13
Johnny Wokker is a local hub for global cuisine. Their Roberts, WI-based food truck menu features eggrolls, dumplings, wontons, pad Thai, fried rice, boba teas, iced Thai tea, and lemonade. They are a farming family too, and got their start at local markets. First market date: June 27
Seward Restaurant is bringing their Franklin Avenue sambusas, mandazi, and shaah to Southwest Minneapolis. Mandazi are fried dough delicacies similar to beignets, meant to be enjoyed with shaah, a Somali-style spiced tea. Head chef Sagal and her nieces operate at the intersection of culinary excellence and community warmth - values which you’ll feel the second you’re greeted by their smiles at the market. Two Kangaroo is on a mission to bring truly excellent Australian meat pies to the Minnesotan people. Every product is made using traditional Aussie recipes and premium ingredients, and is taste-tested by at least one actual Australian before hitting the menu. “Tucker” isn’t just a food, it’s a vibe - and you’ll have to taste it to know what they mean. The mother-daughter duo HIBI brews a small-batch hibiscus tea-based drink called zobo. Featuring pineapple, ginger, and warm spices, they use a recipe sourced from their family in Nigeria to bring zobo to the world. Rich with antioxidants and vitamin C, and free from artificial dyes and flavors, this vibrant drink is a refreshing must-have on hot summer days. First market date: July 18
Arts, Crafts, and Services
Aaron Noble Soap Co. recently changed their name from Vescent Soap, but the quality of Aaron’s products remains. His plant-based, all-natural, cruelty-free soap and personal care products are as creatively colorful as they are gently cleansing. It’s no surprise that they’re all handmade in the Northeast Minneapolis Arts District. Each bar really is a work of art. Next market date: June 13
Lily Low Skincare specializes in fragrance-free, vegan skincare products for sensitive skin. Jasmine’s handmade moisturizers, powders, and serums are designed to nurture all bodies and skin types, without compromising the luxurious experience you expect from high-quality skincare. Nomadic Botanicals is run by herbalist Pamela Meiners. Her herbal products include medicinal teas, aromatherapy inhalers, tinctures, balms, and handcrafted brooms throughout the season. Early season market-goers can also grab home-grown medicinal seedlings. Come get to know Pamela and all the brilliant things she grows in her garden for healing. Next market date: August 22
New Vendors @ Kingfield
Cala Farms Origenes is the partnership of two brothers from Mexico City, who grew up learning the fundamentals of farming and working in harmony with the soil from their mother. They built their 48-acre farm in Turtle Lake, WI from the ground up, and are now pillars of the Latino farming community. The Cala family mentors other farmers of color in regenerative farming practices and specializes in Latin cultural produce and hard-to-find varieties. Next market date: June 7
Art you can drink your morning coffee out of? That’s the energy behind Denise Pasmanter Ceramics, a functional ceramics artist from Golden Valley. Her teapots, bowls and mugs feature carry intentional forms and organic designs that you’ll want gracing every shelf in your kitchen. First market date: October 18 (also @ Southwest June 13)

Razava Bread Co. brings the complex flavors and textures of sourdough breads, bagels, baguettes and flatbreads that can only be achieved through patience and careful technique. Named after a hearty eastern-European bread now lost to time, the modern Razava honors an ancient idea: to bake healthful bread, best enjoyed together. Next market date: June 7
The only part of Adventures in a Tiny Kitchen with more zest than its spicy pickles and mango habanero hot sauce is founder Lance Kempf himself. A cheerful, intrepid chef, he made the decision in 2024 to cut out restaurants from his budget entirely, and now he shares the joy he cooks up in his (you guessed it) tiny kitchen at all three of our farmers’ markets. Dependable and delightful, our mid-week, middle-child market might be the final one mentioned, but it never disappoints. Our newest vendors are bringing you food and treats to refuel and restock before the weekend.
Enchanted Gardens of Minnesota is centered on a simple dream to grow and share food with care. Farmer Jamie brings pastured meats, a variety of eggs, raw honey, goat and sheep milk, butter and cheeses, cut flowers, and specialty fruits and vegetables to Nokomis. She follows a whole-systems approach to grow sustainable and delicious products. First market date: June 17

Showcasing popular street food from Nepal and India, MomoDosa is co-owned by Chef Rashmi and Chef Sarala. They prioritize sourcing the ingredients for their steamed momo dumplings, crispy dosa crepes, and aromatic curries from local, sustainable farms and meat suppliers that practice humane harvesting methods. Good ethics pair well with a mango lassi. First market date: June 24
Root Bwoy Sodas takes the timeless classic of a ginger soda, and gives it the hand-crafted, herbaceous twist you’re missing in a conventional ginger ale. Cool down on a hot summer afternoon with this sweet, refreshing drink, or try one of their seasonal flavors. First market date: June 17
